Integra Telecom Announces New Senior Vice President and General Manager for Oregon and Washington Regions

BEAVERTON, Ore. — Jan. 27, 2004 — Integra Telecom, a leading provider of all-in-one communications services for small and mid-sized businesses in the West, hired Michael Daniel as senior vice president and general manager for Integra Telecom of Oregon and Washington. In his new role, Daniel manages the technical operations, engineering and provisioning groups for Oregon and Washington.

"Daniel's experience in telecommunications management and his knowledge of the industry make him a valuable asset to the Oregon and Washington markets," said Dudley Slater, Integra Telecom chief executive officer. "His talent and leadership ability are important additions to the Integra Telecom team."

Daniel brings more than 17 years of telecommunications industry experience to Integra Telecom. Prior to joining Integra, he held numerous positions at Electric Lightwave including, most recently, vice president of sales. While there, he led national accounts and coordinated the sales operation nationwide. Daniel also gained experience at MCI Telecommunications Corporation.
