Integra Signs Multi-Year Contract with Movaz; Movaz Networks Providing Integra Telecom with CWDM and DWDM Equipment

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 7, 2004--Movaz Networks is pleased to announce the signing of a multi-year contract with Integra Telecom, an integrated communications carrier of voice and data services. Under the agreement, Movaz will provide RAYexpress CWDM and DWDM equipment and support services to Integra. While the agreement was signed in May 2004, Integra has already deployed a DWDM IOF backbone network in the Minneapolis area. In addition to aggressive growth plans for this ring, Integra also plans to deploy similar rings in Seattle and Portland in early 2005.

"By working with Movaz, we were able to maximize the utilization of the leased fiber we currently have on-hand. The alternative would have been to lease additional fiber in areas where there is very limited supply," says Dave Bennett, Integra's Vice President of Network Planning.
