INTEGRA TELECOM EXPANDS SERVICES IN COLORADO

Denver – March 27, 2008 - Integra Telecom Inc., a facilities-based, integrated communications carrier for business, will now offer DSL in Colorado Springs, and Fort Collins, Colo. The new service offering broadens Integra's product set to better serve small business customers and the smaller offices of larger businesses. Since 2000, Integra has provided these services in the major metropolitan areas of Minnesota, North Dakota, Oregon, Utah and Washington. Additionally, the company launched DSL service in Phoenix, Sacramento, Calif., and Boise, Idaho in 2007.

"We're excited to expand our Colorado product suite by adding DSL to these communities," said Ken Worcester, senior vice president of Integra Telecom of Colorado. "This expansion allows us to better meet the needs of small businesses in the markets we serve and provide additional telecommunications choices for our existing customers."

Integra's DSL services will operate at speeds from 3 Mbps up to 10 Mbps depending on the service location. Prior to the new services, the company's Internet and telephone products in these markets were limited to T1 access; a technology favoring larger business customers.

All Integra Telecom services are backed by locally-based customer care service representatives led by local management teams who personally contribute to Integra's industry-leading customer service.
