Integra Telecom Inc. Appoints Mary Nielsen Vice President of Customer Care

MINNEAPOLIS, Mn., June 02, 2008 - Integra Telecom Inc., a leading provider of telecommunications and Internet services for business, promoted director of customer care, Mary Nielsen, to vice president of regional care. In this position, Nielsen will oversee the company's customer service and provisioning operations; ensuring that customer commitments are met and customer service standards are maintained. Nielsen is based in Minneapolis and reports to Steven Wachter, senior vice president for Integra Telecom of Minnesota.

Nielsen has been with Integra for nearly eight years. Prior to joining the company, she served as manager of customer services for Nextel Communications and operations supervisor for the Federal Reserve Bank. Nielsen earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota.
